Shipping Policy
When you buy a Zipit we will process it for shipping by the next business day (orders placed before 1PM EST are processed same business day). We will send you an email with the tracking number of your shipment once your package has shipped. Unfortunately we do not ship outside the US and we cannot accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy! If you are not satisfied with your Zipit purchase, please call 1-866-92-ZIPIT or email support@zipitwireless.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days of receipt of the product. Please return the product to Zipit in the original condition in original packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the unit within 14 calendar days of the RMA being issued. Please return the Zipit to the following address;

Upon receipt of the unit, Zipit will issue a refund based on your original method of payment. If product is returned incomplete a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Please note: Zipit’s return and warranty policy is null and void if the unit is modified, hacked or damaged in any way.
