The Challenge
As Device Solutions onboarded new customers across diverse industries and geographies, it needed a connectivity partner that could accommodate a wide range of requirements. Different end-customers had different data usage profiles, deployment countries, carrier preferences, and technical needs, making it difficult to standardize on a cost-effective and scalable connectivity approach.
